Immediate Needs Include:

Land: 100+ acres of land suitable for 15-25 houses with 30-75 acres for crops and pasture

Money: $150,000 Salary funds for Phase I: Executive Director and Development Director. $850,000 Capital funds for Phase I: Land costs, Initial housing and Farm start-up

Time: Volunteers to serve on our Board and Committees
